Terms & conditions for Airport transfer

Payment:

• 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking the airport transfer service. This means you need to pay the full amount upfront to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Before 6 Hours:

• If you cancel the airport transfer service before 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount you paid. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the advance payment.

Cancellation Within 6 Hours:

• If you cancel the airport transfer service within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will not be eligible for any refund. In this case, the advance payment made at the time of booking will not be refunded, and it will be forfeited.

Flight Delay:

• If your flight is delayed, the airport transfer service provider may charge hourly waiting rates. The waiting charges are applicable for the additional time the driver has to wait due to the flight delay.

Parking Charges:

• The parking charges at Jaipur airport are included in the airport transfer charges. This means you don't have to pay any additional parking fees separately during the transfer.
